Aibook’s Waterborne Pencil Coating is a high-performance, low-VOC, non-flammable coating specially developed for pencil manufacturing. It provides excellent adhesion, fast drying, and outstanding block resistance – essential for high-speed pencil production lines.

Typical Applications:
Solid color pencils (full coverage)

Drying conditions (recommended):
Touch dry: 2–5 min at 25°C, or 30 sec at 60°C
Stackable / overcoatable: 10–15 min at 25°C, or 2 min at 60°C
